Victoria was born on October 12, 1998 in Mansfield , Massachusetts.Tory was a member of the varsity volleyball team at her school and could not wait to again during her junior year. Tory loved to make her peers laugh and was known for her outgoing, energetic personality. She easily made friends and loved to spend time with them. Tory will be most remember by her strong, unique personality. Tory is survived by her parents Victor and Torain Rosa, her brother Mason Rosa and her friends. Victoria was  16 years old at the time of death. Victoria's last residence was  Hampton Falls.  The death occurred at Exeter Hospital . She will be greatly missed.
